Nov 08, 2016  They replied to the email asking me to call the Sync support. Sync support said (insisted) it can't be a Ford problem and I should call Apple. I can't imagine what Apple will say. My phone works perfect in our Audi and VW and the company Toyota I drive so I just have to think there is a bug in the Ford programming.
